It is really easy to place a custom order with Cosmopolitan Costumes. Simply send an email to [email protected] and get the conversation started.
In that email, please let us know what design from our website you really like and are ready to order. OR let us know what you’d like us to custom create for you as a new design or inspired by a previous design. A good thing to have in mind is what your price range is.
We will get back to you with a document for measurements and the particulars of your design. Then we start sketching. We may also ask you for inspirational photos or send you some to get a feel for your vision and your personal style. Once you have approved a sketch, you place a deposit for your costume.
It typically takes about 3 months for a custom order, if you require something sooner we will work with you to make sure we meet your deadline. You will get update photos and invoices for either the final balance of your costumes or payments if that makes it easier for you.
The last step is to wait for that glorious tracking email so you can stalk your package until it arrives. No package leaves our hands without Aaz and Amartia’s final look-over and approval. They take costuming dancers very seriously!
